When the book Society’s Breakthrough! Releasing Essential Wisdom and Virtue in All the People was published in 2002 we thought a U.S. Constitutional Amendment was required to spark the transformation of our System. Since then, experiments with the Wisdom Council Process have shown that it can work without the Amendment. 1) The Wisdom Council Process can create a legitimate, powerful, all-inclusive "We the People". 2) The magic sauce that drives the transformation isn't "We the People" of old, but our ability to facilitate "We the People" of today. 3) The outcomes of this new approach are greater even than the outrageously positive prospects outlined in Society's Breakthrough.
