Decision-making vs. Choice-creating are both necessary, but largely opposite. One is primarily about judgment while the other about creativity. Our society is oriented to decision-making as though that is all there is (e.g. voting). But choice-creating is the missing ingredient, that which would make our "democracy" a real democracy, or in our language a Wise Democracy. It's the element that assures collective intelligence instead of the current collective stupidity.
