Mission: To facilitate a new System of "Wise Democracy"—i.e. A democracy "of, by and for" the people with collective intelligence as the result— into each level of society.
A set of social innovations makes it possible to achieve this mission
First, let's recognize that there is a new model of change in the past 50 years. Most people think in terms of large-scale change happening either top-down change or bottom-up. The facilitative model of change has great advantages. Theoretically, one person or one group can facilitate a whole system of people to transform itself. The facilitator does NOT make the change. He or she facilitates the people of the system to think together so that change happens in all sorts of ways.
- “Choice-creating” ... This is the heartfelt, creative quality of thinking by which it's possible for people to come together, solve impossible-seeming problems and empower a sense of "We" in the process. It's necessary for a legitimate, inclusive "We the People" to come into being.
- “Dynamic Facilitation" ... This is form of Facilitation by which we can reliably evoke choice-creating in a small group of people.
- The “Wisdom Council Process" ... This is a way that to facilitate one choice-creating conversation among a large system of people.
- "Society's Breakthrough" ... This is the application of the Wisdom Council Process to society itself, both national and global. Here's how all the people can come together as "We the People" into a new level of collective intelligence, which affects all issues. Adding this "We the People" conversation can transform a Constitutional Republic into a Real Democracy.
